Orders are shipped from Maryland via USPS 1st Class Mail to all domestic addresses. USPS 1st Class Mail takes 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If you are in a hurry, you have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout. The shipping upgrade ONLY speeds up delivery time and NOT processing time.

LOST SHIPMENTS – If you haven’t received your package after 15 business days, please send us a message letting us know and we can either file an inquiry or a claim, depending on how the item was shipped.

Please note: Simply Social Designs is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. Most shipments are not insured, as they are usually under 8 ounces and most shipments do not become lost. If you would like your package insured, make sure to upgrade shipping at checkout and choose “Priority Mail.” All upgraded shipments are insured. Turn around time

Invitation proof standard turn around time is up to 48 hours from the time of purchase and receipt of all necessary order details.

Custom and personalized orders

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery.

Included in your purchase is the party specific wording customization. Any further layout changes will incur additional fees (examples: size, font, color, placement, additional graphics). Blank invitations are not available.

Sizing details

File resizing is not considered a change included with purchase. It takes a great deal of time to resize files. The fee to resize is $8

File Storage

Please note, we keep your order on file for 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Then they are deleted from our service. If changes are needed to your file after that time, you will need to repurchase the item.

Shipping

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Simply Social Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once your item is handed over to the carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you may obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police.

The majority of packages that are dropped off at USPS in our area are not being automatically given an acceptance scan, due to current conditions at USPS. Please be assured, if you received an email notification from Etsy with shipping information, your package was delivered to the post office.

****SIGNIFICANT SHIPPING DELAYS NOTICE****
Due to the current Pandemic of COVID-19, there are significant shipping delays happening in many places at this time. Your package may appear as "Pre-Transit" or "In-Transit" for some time, even after it was personally dropped off at USPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any orders for delays or lost packages caused by any shipping carrier.
